Julian Keith Loren is an award-winning innovator with a startling track record of delivering revolutionary innovation against daunting odds. Over the past 15 years, he has played pivotal roles through the Full Innovation Life Cycle at global, industry-leading companies. Julian has successfully brought 65 of 67 large-scale innovation initiatives to realization. He humbly admits that it was only later in his career that he realized the importance of planning beyond realization--that success was only attained if broad and long-term adoption of innovations were also meticulously planned for. 

Eleven years ago, Julian realized that his stand-out abilities to deliver innovation derived from a few key insights--particularly an understanding that certain credos and innovation myths significantly contributed to the typical high rates of failure plaguing most innovation initiatives. He decided to challenge and exhaustively test all of the assumptions driving innovation management practice, to identify missing or inadequately-addressed elements of innovation practice, to develop highly-effective, innovation-specific models and processes, and to create a holistic set of management techniques and organizational designs for optimal innovation effectiveness.
